All entries must adhere to Contest Rules as stated below. Please fill out form completely: All fields are required.

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. All entries become the property of TT Publications Inc.
2. TO ENTER: Entries must be made by visiting www.towtimes.com and submitting a digital photo adhering to the Contest rules along with a completed entry form. Entrant must be clothed appropriately for a family Web site. Entrants not deemed acceptable not be posted and will be returned. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE POSTED NO LATER THAN MIDNIGHT ON JULY 31, 2008. Incomplete or illegible entries or photos deemed inappropriate by our editors will not be accepted and will be disqualified. Contest Sponsors are not responsible for late entries and no entries will be permitted after the deadline no matter when they were sent or deposited.
3. PRIZES: Twelve prizes will be awarded at $500 each. In addition, each winner must consent to having his photograph taken by a photographer under contract with TT Publications Inc. Each prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable.
4. ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to all residents of the United States and Canada at least 18 years of age on or before December 31, 2007 and currently employed by a company that owns one or more tow trucks. By entering or accepting a prize in this Contest, winners agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. All federal, state and local taxes are the winners' responsibility. An Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and (where legal) Publicity Release must be executed and returned by winners within 15 days after receipt of the forms, or prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Unless otherwise prohibited, acceptance of prize constitutes permission to TT Publications Inc. to publish winning entries, in whole or in part, in Tow Times Magazine, on the Hunks of Towing Calendar and electronically, and to use winner's photo and winner's name, likeness, and address (city and state) for advertising and publicity purposes for this or similar promotions, without further compensation. Entrants warrant that they have obtained permission from any copyrighted material.
5. Winners agree to release and hold harmless TT Publications Inc., all Contest Sponsors and their respective directors, officers, employees, attorneys and agents, from any damage, injury, death, loss or other liability that may arise from their acceptance or use of any prize or their participation in this promotion, or from any misuse or malfunction of any prize award.
6. JUDGING OF CONTEST: Entries will be judged by Women of Towing and Recovery Association of America members active and in good standing as of July 31, 2008. All decisions of the Contest Judges are final.
7. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted.
8. These Rules govern the "2009 Hunks of Towing" calendar. Before entering the Contest, each entrant must review and be subject to the Contest Rules. The act of entering the Contest constitutes acceptance of the Contest Rules and the decisions of the Contest Judges.
9. The sponsors may, in their sole discretion, prohibit any person from entering any Contest whom they believe to be abusing the Contest Rules. Such abuse includes entering false information.
10. Prior to receiving their Prize, Winner(s) will be required to show valid photo ID, must sign a declaration of eligibility and compliance with the Contest Rules.
11. Contest Sponsors are not responsible for any entries that are lost, misdirected, incomplete or illegible, or for the inability to process entries, or any errors, damage or negligence that may arise in connection with the Contest, including failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind including, but not limited to, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, human error, or property damage which may limit an entrant's ability to participate in the Contest. Proof of sending will not be proof of receipt by TT Publications Inc. The Contest Sponsors are not responsible for any online or other charges that may be incurred in connection with participating in the Contest. Caution: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or other components or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law.
