East Coast Truck & Trailer Sales is currently seeks a Towing and Equipment Sales Manager for the Wrecker and rollback Business and must have knowledge of the heavy & medium duty truck market segment of the market.

The successful candidate will be the leader for all towing equipment sales related activities for our dealership.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

- Ability to manage people and drive success. Continue to fine tune account management principles and practices.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Able to create and deliver compelling propositions and customer presentations.

- Able to clearly understand customer unmet needs / gaps and identify the right solutions for specific situations.

- Identify processes / products that will exceed customer expectations (Solution Based Selling)

- Serve as a role model / mentor to others; provides coaching to the ECTTS sales team.
