Thieves Use Tow Trucks for St. Louis Car Thefts

A news report says thieves are using tow trucks to steal trucks in the St. Louis, Missouri, area. Police say the tactic of the thieves is to take older vehicles in broad daylight and take them to salvage yards for quick cash.

Police have arrested three people within the past eight months, the report said.
