Ontario Towing Operator Struck by Vehicle

According to a news report, Kemp was standing by his truck in the process of removing a van from a ditch at Northeys Bay Rd. and Highway 28 in the Kawartha Lakes region of Ontario when he was hit by a northbound vehicle at 6:24 p.m.
