Mario’s Towing is getting in the holiday spirit; the company, located in Kelowna city in the Okanagan Valley in B.C., Canada, is donating $75 on behalf of every person who donates their unwanted automobiles to the company this December, according to a news report.
Up to 30 people will be fed by each $75 donation. The goal for the month is to have at least once car donated for every day of the month, totaling 31 cars, which will feed over 900 people this holiday season, the report states.
Mario’s will be providing free towing to Action Metals, which will be offering their environmentally friendly recycling services to process these donated vehicles. The Gospel Mission will be offering the holiday meals.
