Vermont Towing Association Mourns Loss of Founding Member

A longtime member of the Vermont Towing Association has passed away.

Former member Elaine Stockwell of Stockwell’s Garage passed away at the age of 63 on July 19 at Gifford Medical Center in Randolph, Vt.

Elaine was a founding member of the VTA and held several offices.

A memorial service was held at the Turnbridge Congregational Church on July 25.
