Tip for the DayJul 26th, 2013 | By Editorial Staff | Category: Geri Roskopf's Blog
I have officially joined Facebook. Only posted one thing after I signed up though, and I guess I’m still in the leaning stages of checking it once a day to see what’s happening in the lives of so many.
It makes me wonder, as I scroll down the postings, how much time people spend on their Facebook pages and why they post (to me anyway) the most meaningless things. I do appreciate one friend who posts a tip for the day. I find it very enlightening and look forward to reading it.
I have many tips I have learned through the years that I could pass on to other towers. I’ve been thinking of writing some of these down, along with the 101 excuses I have been given by employees. Maybe now that I have joined in social media I’ll do just that.
My tip for the day: It takes rain to make rainbows, lemons to make lemonade and sometimes it takes difficult customers to make us stronger and better people.
(I am feeling pretty strong right now, as I’ve just realized that I’ve handled numerous difficult customers in all my years in towing!)
