Chattanooga Approves Private Property Tow Ordinance

The Chattanooga, Tennessee, City Council approved an ordinance regulating private property tows. According to a news report, fees are set at $125 for daytime tows and $135 for weekends and holidays. Additional fees for storage and processing may be added.

The ordinance will have a second reading next week.
