Police: Man Released from Jail Steals Tow Truck

The man was released from the San Francisco’s Seventh Street jail on his own recognizance, a Northern Station police spokesperson said on April 12, when he crossed the street and stole a tow truck parked in front of the facility where cars towed from the city’s streets are impounded.
