Go Team Go!Feb 1st, 2013 | By Editorial Staff | Category: Geri Roskopf's Blog
The Super Bowl makes me think of the quote, “There is no ‘i’ in team.” Just the other night as I was sitting in yet another meeting, someone said we should all consider ourselves as teams instead of committees.
Individually, we can be winners, but when you are trying to run a towing business — just like a football team — you need each team member giving 100 percent to become successful winners.
Think about it. What if your team only had team members who were good at being a driver? Would you put that person in a dispatch position or balancing your books? What if the football team only had quarterbacks? Who would catch a thrown football? You need the individual talents of each team member to bring it all together, and each individual needs to realize the value that each member brings. The driver needs the dispatcher and the quarterback needs a receiver. One person can’t do it all.
As you cheer on your favorite football team, make sure you cheer on your towing team. Remember, they need a winning coach to help them become a winning team!
Favorite football snack: cheese and bacon potato rounds

Optional – sour cream
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Toss potato slices in melted butter
Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes or until lightly brown
Turn over once during cooking time
