Towers Toy Drive Benefited Storm VictimsJan 25th, 2013 | By Editorial Staff | Category: Spotlight
The Conference of Northeast Towing Associations (CNTA) is a consortium of 10 state towing associations (CT, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT) representing the interest of approximately 3,000 members. As the official workshop for the Northeast, CNTA works on solving the challenges that face our industry and directly affect the states in the northeast corridor.
In the wake of Hurricane Sandy, many families at the Jersey Shore lost their belongings and their homes. While numerous groups and organizations helped with the “here and now” needs of those displaced, the CNTA helped to bring Christmas to these families.
The CNTA and its member states joined forces for a Towers Toy Drive to benefit victims of Super Storm Sandy. The CNTA and its members opened their hearts and wallets to purchase new unwrapped toys and gift cards for boys or girls between the ages of infant and sixteen.
The CNTA thanks those who volunteered and gave for this special toy drive.
