Georgia Tow Truck Driver Killed in Single-Vehicle Crash

A Snellville, Ga., tow truck driver died on New Year’s Eve as a result of injuries he received in a single-vehicle traffic accident. Jermaine Lyn, 28, was driving a flatbed tow truck belonging to Kams Towing Services of Snellville at approximately 11:30 p.m. Friday, December 31, when the truck left the road and struck several trees, a Gwinnett County police spokesman said.

Lyn died at the scene. There was no indication alcohol was involved.
